Appointments
We understand you have many options for dental care in Coquitlam, so we’ve made booking a visit simple through our website. If you find that you cannot make it to your scheduled time or are running late, please give our office a call as soon as you can.
Insurance and billing
We work with most traditional insurance providers and recommend contacting us to confirm your specific plan’s details. While Austin Smile Studio does not participate in HMOs, our team is more than happy to handle the paperwork and file your insurance claims on your behalf.
Payment options
Our office accepts cash, cheques, and major credit cards, and we also offer flexible payment plans to suit your budget. Please speak with our financial coordinator for more information. We are also happy to assist with filing insurance for your reimbursement, provided you have the flexibility to choose your own provider.
